Regulations

1. Liability: All exhibits shall be under the control and direction of the Crapaud Exhibition, but solely at the risk of the exhibitor. The Exhibition assumes no responsibility for damages or losses.
2. Entry Access: Entry forms are obtainable through the exhibition booklet, online portal, or by contacting Della Ferguson at (902) 218-9466.
3. Award Standards: Judges must not award prizes to unworthy exhibits. Only deserving entries receive recognition.
4. Judge Discretion: When competition is limited due to few entries or quality concerns, judges may decide whether to award any prizes.
5. Originality: All exhibits must be the work of the exhibitor, not previously exhibited, and must be Island-made. Judges will disqualify soiled, defective, or previously shown entries.
6. Entry Limits: Each person may submit only one entry per category section.
7. Rejection Rights: The Exhibition reserves the right to refuse any entries.
8. Registration: Submit entries to Della Ferguson, PO Box 34, Crapaud, PE C0A 1J0, or fergusondella8@gmail.com.
9. Entry Reception: Friday entries require handwritten class/section information. The Crapaud Curling Club ice surface accepts entries Friday, July 24, 2026, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (not at the secretary's office).
10. Pickup: Exhibits may not be removed from the curling club ice surface before 5:00 PM Saturday, July 25. Prize money may be picked up at the Cavendish Room office only after 4:00 PM Saturday. All prizes must be claimed by August 31, 2026.
