1. Fees must be paid in full prior to setup (Please make cheque payable to ‘Crapaud Exhbition’):
    1. Non-Profit Booth: $30.00
    2. Commercial Boot: $50.00
  2. Booth size is 12′ wide (Booth to be setup by Friday at 12:00 PM (noon)). Setup times are on Thursday from 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM and Friday from 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM (noon).
  3. A representative must be always at the booth at all times Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  4. Booths are not to be removed before 6:00 PM on Saturday.
  5. There are four (4) power stations in the Exhibit area. Anyone wanting to utilize it must let us know prior to set up and must also supply their own cords.
  6. Booth exhibitors are expected to supply their own equipment, including tables.
  7. Exhibitors are issued two (2) passes per booth for admittance to the grounds on Saturday only.
  8. Exhibition Committee will designate booth locations
